  1. I think we have offered Titus - trying to confirm. We did offer another WR out of AZ: WR Myles Taylor, 6'1“, 170, 4.7, Gilbert (Williams Field), AZ
  2. 10 hours ago, shep said: New recruit coming Jodi Anderson Centennial Cougars Circle Pines MN ******** She averaged just under 16 points as a junior along with 5.7 rebounds (nearly as many offensive rebounds as defensive). Had a FG average of 51% (didn't shoot the 3 much) and 76% from the line. I am going to include this under the '21 recruiting thread.

  9. I don't know if UND relies on their summer camps to get kids on campus and assess their talent more so than other schools but cancelling them this summer will be a real challenge for Bubba and his crew! https://fightinghawks.com/news/2020/4/3/general-summer-camps-cancelled.aspx
  10. New offer: LB Tucker Langenberg, 6'2", 195, 4.7, Urbandale (Urbandale), IA Has offer from UNI
  11. Mallory isn't wasting any time.... C/PF Jordana Reisma, 6'3", Brown Deer (Brown Deer), WI She averaged 13 points, 8.4 rebounds and 4.3 blocks as a sophomore.
  12. Unless Chaves had Brew's successor in mind and had been in contact with him/her, this was a good decision on his part for a variety of reasons: many coaches (and their families) who may have interest in the job may be reluctant to travel for interviews and potentially plan a move of their family due to today's uncertainties and how long these uncertainties will last. This could easily result in fewer (and less qualified) applicants. as others have mentioned, Mallory knows the program well, has recruited many of the ladies on the current roster, they respect her and she has been very successful as a head coach (granted this was at a lower level). ladies on the roster deserve to know what the near future (next year) holds for the team. We don't want any of the talented players to move on due to the unknown. recruiting needs to continue. Sometimes timing is very important. It was obvious that the timing was right to offer the Aumer girl from Mora a couple of weeks ago. I agree it is not an ideal situation that prospects won't know who the future coach may be. Bottom line - I think this was the correct decision by Chaves. I wouldn't be too surprised if Mallory isn't UND"s coach 3-4 years from now!
  13. It is disappointing to lose a ND kid but this should be a good move for both Moody and the team.

  20. That sure addresses my concerns. That is the description of a Sather type player!
  21. His stats are a little hard of understand. He started all but two of their games and shot 52% from the field and only averaged 8 points/game. He had 6 boards/game but probably isn't too physical as he averaged only 1.5/game. His team was 28-4 - hopefully, they were so talented/balanced that he didn't need to do more for them.
  22. Hambone - thanks for all the updates on offers. I think I have Wiki up-to-date. If not, let me know.
  23. Has offers from Coastal Carolina, NDSU, Dartmouth, IL St, USD & SDSU
