Does anyone know how Whitney Ledger is doing?

Walrus - just in case you didn't see this post. Any thoughts on either topic? I don't see that MSU has announced Jackson joining them as a preferred walkon.

Do we know when he is likely to make his decision? Also, you are close to the program. What are your thoughts on this year's red-shirt class? I know we lost a lot of kids to SU last year but that certainly doesn't mean it was a weak group! I am curious how much talent is there and who is likely to contribute soon.

It appears NDSU had a very good recruiting class as well. Two questions for Bison fans: 1) How long has SU had a Criminal Justice program? I didn't realize that you offered this. I see that 2-3 of your recruits plan to go into that field. 2) What is SU's definition of a "preferred walk-on"? Thanks!

I would guess that, in many cases, athletes were offered partials this year with the promise that they will turn into full rides next year. Plus, we did lose a lot of seniors.

You are correct - we were trying to land Bennett. I don't know that we got Little because Bennett didn't join us but you could very well be correct!

The Herald is reporting this morning that Jenna Gillett, a junior from Dakota Prairie, has committed to play BB for the Sioux. I know coach Roebuck has been looking at her for a long time. From what I understand she may be somewhat of a project but she has a great deal of potential.

Yes, both SDSU and NDSU teams are eligible for the NIT. The SDSU women and the Bison men would both like to make that field. With all the "name" teams the Jacks have beaten, I would think their women have a very good chance. The Bison men have played a lot of "names" very tough, but lost. They may still have a chance. You are correct - this is something that UND teams could strive for during the first few years.

Per the NCC website, both UND/USD BB games tomorrow night can be viewed via that site. Does anyone know if that if fact?
