Not at the same time. I think proper protocol is to litter the ice with hats immediately. Once the ice crew has gone out and completely cleaned up the ice and shut the Zamboni doors, you then re-litter the ice with hats. This must be a coordinated effort by the fans, because you don't want everyone throwing their hats the first go-round.

This is where I think the GOBC could do some real good. I know a lot of important stuff is hashed over while eating a Trucker's Special at the I-29, but I really wonder how much possible recruits are talked about. From what I've heard, there's no doubt in my mind that the GOBC has the resources to bring in some quality players which would have a REAL impact on the program.
