After 19" of snow in my town I've been doing some digging myself.

Good news for Sioux fans in ND......ABC stations to broadcast Saturday game. Bad news for me.....uncle passes away. Worse news for me.......funeral at 1:00 on Saturday.

I remember watching it last year on "regular" TV, but I don't remember what channel. When they played Wisconsin in the regional final (won by Kozak's OT goal) my buddy and I scrambled to find a place to watch it cause our local cable companys didn't carry......ESPNU, I think it was. Finally, we called an acquaintance about 12 miles out who works as a trainer for UND. He was getting it on his dish and was making notes (or something) for the coaching staff. He told us to come on over, thank goodness. We missed most of the 1st period, which eventually was of no consequence. This year sounds like it might be something similar.

As I watched the game, when they showed shots of the benches and/or the crowd, boy, did I ever see a pile of Sioux jerseys in the backround!

According to the web-site, the Resch Center holds 10,500 fans. I thought they now had to hold many more than that to host a regional.

Since everyone puts UND in either Green Bay or St. Louis, is it already known what the respective formats are in each as far as days are concerned? (Thursday and Saturday? Friday and Sunday?)

I usually try not to listen to rumors, but if I heard one that this kid was signing with UND I'd listen very closely.

Same type of reason I refuse to go to Birmingham, AL. How dare they call their football team the Americans! My, I feel so degraded.

My buddy and I are going to be there Sunday........sure would be cool to see a Cup clinching victory.

So I guess the Manitoba game would be Sunday, October 1st.
