Yeah, Minnesota would love it if we only recruited ND players. What, Minnesota has 20 times the population? Besides that, Winnipeg is much closer to GF than the cities. Why wouldn't UND draw players from there, (and Manitoba and other provinces).

Took the tour twice (once with family, once with my class of 5th graders). The last time was 3 years ago. First time 5 years ago. We were told the same thing both times. Whatever happened, it was awhile ago.

Noting the direction this thread has gone..........it must be the off-season (which I hate).

A buddy of mine who lived near the river in GF has a similar story. Back in 1965 the Twins put out a set of black and white pictures (5 x 7's I think they were) of all the players from the 65' team. He had the whole complete set stored in the rafters of his garage. Water was over the roof before he thought of them.

You couldn't rescue it before the water came, huh?
