Big Friday night win. Great to see UND tough it out and win the game this time around. Getting sick of those extra attacker goals... SCSU PP is lethal. Wow. Gotta tighten up and not take too many penalties tomorrow cause they sure know how to take advantage of having a PP.

Woah, how'd you do that? If UND ends up having to play Minnesota in Fargo, so be it. Either way, UND is going to have to beat good teams to win another national championship. I wouldn't mind if the boys exorcised some of their demons from last year. With that said, season isn't even over yet. Western Michigan is not going to be a slouch.

Haha, you are right. Guess we can't poke fun at their shootout ineptitude when UND has been just as bad at it.

UND continues to to fail/suck at shootouts. Hopefully this tie doesn't haunt the team in terms of where they end up in the standings. Big missed opportunity.

My intention wasn't to make any comparisons. I'm just surprised at how many seats were left empty in games against big rivals Michigan and Wisconsin. A lot of people missed out on watching Michigan get shellacked in person. Empty seats were few and far between when UND played Minnesota at the Mariucci. It's not that hard to dislike Michigan or Wisconsin. Don't know how that wouldn't garner more interest in attending.

I hope that ***hole is banned from attending games at the Ralph for a long while. Not cool that someone would do that.

It's always great when he is wrong. His excuse is that the alleged turmoil within the Gopher hockey program is the factor as to why Boeser chose UND. He's got two buddies still going there. I highly doubt it is as big of a factor as he'd like to make it be. Even more, Hammy scoffed at Andy Johnson aka Chuck Schwartz since he had the audacity to say that the decision between Minnesota/UND was much closer than some thought. Also add in the fact that Andy mentioned that North Dakota fitted more into Boeser's style. Looks like Andy was correct on both statements he made. Boeser chose North Dakota and Brock told NHL.com that "It was a combination of me feeling good with the coaches, the facilities, and their style of play," Boeser told NHL.com in an email.
