On that most recent FSU PP, there was a Ferris player right on the doorstep who received the puck once or twice that had grade A looks but instead opted to continue passing the puck along. Could've been 4-2 right now if they would just actually shoot the puck on net.

Didn't really know what to expect since the only Northeastern games I've watched were the Hockey East tournament last weekend. Northeastern had a great season, the fact they were able to turn their season around is a feat itself!

Glad ESPN got him on board. Starman and Colby Cohen(color commentator for the game) are the only ones on ESPN that have any hockey knowledge.

2nd year in a row that RIT has upset Robert Morris, the Atlantic Hockey regular season champions to clinch themselves another trip to the tournament. Robert Morris has to really hate RIT at this point if they don't already.

I'm sure their respective fans are disappointed at losing yesterday as well. Appreciate the always positive rays of sunshine and relax attitude you exude Mafia but I think it's understandable if there are disappointed fans. Team is no doubt even more disappointed. They have high expectations just like UND fans do. This team has shown it can bounce back from a tough weekend though. So while I am disappointed over the weekend results, I'll be keeping the faith. Only scored 2 goals total at the Frozen Faceoff last year. 3 goals total is an improvement.

Sigh, a tie.... I'd say overall, pretty disappointing Frozen Faceoff weekend. Again. Not sure you can take away a whole lot from this game though. Neither team seemed to be giving a full 100% effort. UND had plenty of opportunities to add to the score though.
