Yeah right! You know how much it costs to keep some one in jail? If sentenced jail time on both charges it will be served simutaneously. I've seen people get 3 and 4 jail sentenced combined into one...for violent crimes not just alcohol related offenses.

Even if Bina is found guilty of a probation violation, they could sentence him to 10 days but they may give him less and you still get to serve 2/3rds and get out early for good behavior. So he'd probably only end up with a couple days and it could be in three months.

Ok, I haven't read every post in this thread but I hav read most of them... Has anyone considered the point : Innocent until proven guilty. TJ and JT will probably pay the fine and move on. Bina could have worse problems if they decide to make an example of him. So what does this have to do with being hockey players and why should a coach dish out punishment that the legal system will probalby take care of? If any other college kid gets a minor does their student advisor make them do extra homework or stay after class? NO! Same thing as far as I'm concerned. If they were speeding and got a ticket would we be talking about this? If you got a minor and worked at Hugos would they make you stay home from work? No. Same concept. The legal system is set up to do this. I'm sure the coach will give them a stern reminder about this type of attention and behavior....

The funnier thing about that goal of Bina's is that they were showing it as highlights from that game on other channels. When they switched it to FSN Rockey Mountain they were showing it and during the WI/MSU game too. I was at Sensor's really enjoying that.

What ever happened to the polls? I think we should take a poll on this to see what the percentages are.... I'll have to reaffirm my vote for Robbie Bina after the short handed goal he got against the gophs last night!

I bet someone gets kicked out of the game this weekend....it maybe a group of fans but somebody is leaving early! My bet is that we see some scuffles but nothing serious, just minors for roughing. But if the reffing is as bad as it has been lately I could really see Jones letting out the horns.

Plan to go to the Roseville Sensors Friday and Bloomington Saturday. Hopefully we can get a seat!

Favorite Player this year....I think I have to go with Robbie Bina! He's showing alot of versatility this year and a little spunk. Best WCHA goalie....best actor goes to Lawson from UAA!!! Most talent....As much as I hate to say it, it looks like Briggs is having a pretty good year.

Have you guys heard the song "I'll take you back" by Brad Paisley? Go listen to it then laugh at what big whiners you all are being! I have seen the Sioux play more than a few bad games...you know the ones where it looks something more like Disney on Ice than HOCKEY! And they usually end up pulling their s&!t together by the end of the year. I'd rather have the bad games out of the way by Christmas than end up with that type of game in March. LETS GO SIOUX!!!
