Could it be that he's just going home for the summer like most college students? Last year after the Frozen Four I talked to some of the team and they all had plans to go home for the summer.

Why did they even send an advertisement out to Alumni if they weren't even going to let us put our names on the list? That's what steamed me!

You can just see the edge of the stick of the other Gopher Player behind the net. That's the one I was looking for. The four of them crying....they stayed in that position for quite awhile. It was a thrill to see that goal go in.

I will be there, still working on the tickets too. I plan to stay with family nearby but last year we met up with some other Sioux faithful tailgating in the parking lot. That was tons of fun. I'll make sure I have some cold beer in the trunk.

I just read/watched that chat...not really that interesting. Sounds like they put alot of faith in their goalie, and think Parise is a great goalie too.

I have yet to hear from the charter company that was suposedly going to be taking a charter from the Twin Cities "when the Gophers advance to the Frozen Four" guess they are rethinking that.

I am sorta going for Carle, mostly because nobody from DU has ever won, and because he really is an awesome player. He goes pro, and scores a goal in his first game. I think Denver was also a victim of some of themost amazing upsets that college hockey has ever seen. I also think Elliott has a great chance...we're talking about 3 shut outs in a row, and that game against Cornell was almost 2 whole games. That's some serious goaltending. If they favor teams that advance to the Frozen Four then I really think Elliott will win. I would really like to see a GF native win too. (even a Gopher) Anybody know when the last time a goalie won the Hobey?

Thanks for the recap! I too love to hear from the players, lets you see a little bit more of their personalities and how it comes out on the ice.

I saw that ticket master had seats in sect 114 yesterday. Those are pretty good. Better than the ones I got. 315

I sent them an email asking if they will be offering this package to the UND fans from the Twin Cities when the Fighting Sioux advance to the Frozen Four. I'll let you know what they say.

Never after the Final Five....unless you count Tyler Hirsch's stunt last year after they lost the 3rd place game. But the Gopher's did riot after winning the Fronzen Four when it was here a couple years ago.

Pretty sure 116 is right behind the UND players.

What??? This idiot is trying to pass this off as an official UND jersey? "vintage" my hind end, this is probably some slapped together high school jersey with the old Sioux, now Blackhawk logo. AND that's how it was made in the USA.

I didn't have time to read this whole thing but....Does anyone want to watch the other Regionals? I'd like to catch the CC game on Sat. Italian Moon doesn't have a shuttle but El Roco, Rumors, SouthGate, Whitey's, Dagwoods, Parot's Kay, and of course the ones from the parking lot off University and Columbia Road. Where is this tailgating going to be? What's the forecast?
