My biggest gripe about gopher fans this weekend is not when the guy in front of turned around and shouted "f&*$ you North Dakota" on one of the goals MN scored against ND. It was the MN band having organized chants of "Sioux suck, Sioux suck." When your University decides not to play UND in nonconference sports because of UND's "hostile and abusive" nickname, why does the band director have the band do this. That would be my definition of classless.

I'm sure that someone has replied to this already, but if I search more than 15 seconds for it, I'll get sidetracked... Pretty sure when Chorney popped his jersey, it was in response to Irmen popping his jersey.

If by absurd, you mean totally accurate, you'd be correct. I'm sure not all gopher fan's are fair weather, but I didn't see half of the gopher fans at last years F5 Saturday's games, as I did on Friday.

Unbelievable! Purchased three tickets through ticketmaster, was charged $17.25 for the convenience charge (nothing like a 1/3 surcharge of the ticket price), and then they needed another $3.85 for the processing charge. I'd like to see Domino's add a $5 surcharge to a $15 dollar pizza, for the convenience of having it delivered (an actual convenience), and then charge another $3 delivery fee. I don't know about the hieroglyphics at St Cloud, but I have a Native American friend, who may be opposed to the hostile and abusive Sioux name, who claims that there are hundreds, if not thousands of swatzikas hidden into the architecture at the Ralph. The dozens of times that I've been in there, I have yet to see one. Anybody know what my friend might be talking about?

Either it's a scam or it isn't. Secondly, the "vast majority of college educated folks" that I know, would think that making fun of other's, epsecially other rivalries, would be a perfectly acceptable thing to. That's what fanatics do.

Yeah, I know, polls schmolls. That's what teams tell themselves when they think they're not being given the recognition they deserve. Haven't looked, but I doubt that there's anyone saying polls schmolls on Notre Dame's board. Post Christmas, Conference games only, percentage of pts taken: Minnesota 18/32-56.25% St Cloud 20/32-62.5 UND 20/28-71.4% (did not dbl check my work to see if #'s are accurate, but they probably are) I really thought that UND would have gotten a vote or two in one of the polls. Who are all these people voting for Minnesota? Oh well, probably just more "coal for UND's fire."

Not really sure what I'm looking for...I have two tickets for Section 306 for Sats game. Have friends coming to town on Sat. Looking to possibley get rid of my 306 tickets and pick up 4-6 lower level tickets for Sats game. Preferrabley not behind the goals.
