I agree with redwing77. Jonathan was sought after by some pretty knowledgeable hockey people and will obviously go high in the upcoming NHL draft. WOW, can this kid shot the puck. He is definetly one of the most talented kids I've ever seen play @ UND(espcially for his age). I hope he sticks around a while.

Af first Tim O'keefe said the goal was good...after looking at a couple different angles, he kind of changed his mind, stating that it would probably be disallowed in the NHL or anywhere else where it would be reviewed. I'm from Grafton, so you probably know my opinion...I wish they would have disallowed the goal. I really think it would be tough for an official to disallow an overtime goal, without being 100% sure. Congrats to the Grafton kids on playing a very hard fought game.

Obviously you're kidding...UND is looking into putting other sports into D1(UND does have a pretty good D1 hockey team already)...but you have to admit that puttting a committee together to make sure that D1 is feasible @ UND is a good idea. As far as UND needing NDSU, I think it would be good for both schools to play each other again...for the great rivalry it had become and the revenue it brings to both schools. Speaking of revenue, I think NDSU has missed some great opportunities to go D1 in hockey. If they would have gone back in the late 80's, could you imagine where they'd be today. I know the NDSU crowd says that hockey isn't that big nationally, but it is very big in the northern part of the country(WHERE WE LIVE).

I know there's a forum for tickets...I just figured most people see the Hockey Forum and it would just be for today. I have 6 Suite Tickets available for tonights game with Duluth. The tickets are in Fargo.

The price I'm asking for the 6 tickets is $100 for all 6 or $20 for individual tickets.

I agree with the credibility part about myself... I should check my facts before posting. I have a different point of view on Pete Rose...I grew up in the 70's and thought Pete was a great example of how to play the game. However, he wasn't a very good example later in life as everyone knows. That night at Fenway I would have cheered him for what he did as a baseball player, not sure if that's right or wrong, just my personal opinion.

Jeremy Schaap is a disgrace, obviously without his father he'd have no career at all. When Pete Rose was named to the All Century Major League Baseball team a few years back, it was Jeremy who put a negative spin on a great moment for baseball. The crowd gave Pete the loudest oviation of the night, when he was coming off the field Jeremy decides to ask the dumbest questions you could possibly ask. It would be nice to get some Fighting Sioux fans, Pete Rose and Bobby Knight together for a Nightline segment on Jeremy Schaap. Actually it would be great to get them all together @ a drinking establishment in Grand Forks this weekend.
