All those years of Minnesota's best but to get the real talent they needed to make a championship run the Goofs had to dip into North Dakota to find their leadership and Austria for someone who could score in the big games.

How pathetic that the Dasher Troll is already making excuses as to why his loaded team will lose to North Dakota this season. He has been around long enough that he should have been able to figure out that you have to recruit a few role players to your lineup if you want to succeed in today's game so he will have no one to blame but himself. I doubt the little flake has or ever will be offered a Pro contract of any kind.

Buddy is a distant relative and I can tell you he didn't play for the Sioux. He went the Major Junior route and was already a Pro in the American Hockey League during the years in question. Therefore it probably was the Boone from BC.
