Because there are only 9 teams in the Summit. Need an even number if teams to get back to a real DI schedule like the Big Sky provided....... It sucks and it is going to hurt attendance.....

I never knew Mussman was actively shopping Golladay around to another program after he got axed. That pisses me off.

Just look at the 4 teams playing in the semi's today. It is obvious to the naked eye that the S&C programs at those schools are at a different level than it is in GF.........

Vaughn's dad was a pro quarterback in the CFL. Neal's brother has been a starting QB in the MAC and the SEC. Good bloodlines in this year's quarterback class.

Eastern Washington was supposed to be here this season as part of the Big Sky-Summit arrangement, but something got re-arranged for some reason. We will get two Big Sky teams at home either next year or the following year.

I don't really have anything bad to say about either Altru or Sanford, and I or my family have been referred to both about equally over the years. I live 100 miles away from both and whenever one of us gets "sent on", our primary doctor basically asks what city we prefer, Grand Forks or Fargo. I have been very pleased with the care that Altru provided to my children over the years. tnt had a good analogy with the restaurant comparison.

I would be hesitant to criticize NDSU's attendance "woes"............. As much as I wanted to host our first round game against Nicholls, I would have been pleasantly surprised if we would have drawn ~6,500............

I would guess there are a lot of folks that post on this site that think this would be a great position for Bubba Schweigert. I'm not necessarily one of those people, but at the very least I suspect it will make for an interesting talking point during the off season.
