What will Jaron Nash's status be next year? He's already played two years of Juco ball, and one at Texas Tech. So will he have just one or two years to play for North Dakota? I'm thinking, one, although he is listed as a junior this year and has not played.

Griz won by 30 last night. That's ugly. One thing about both of our basketball teams, they are both consistently inconsistent...............

That game had one of the best halves of basketball I've seen from this group of players, and one of the worst halves of basketball I've seen from this group. We totally lost focus during the break, and the Griz made the necassary adjustments. Very disappointing. We had no answer for Ward.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT I AM GUILTY OF CONTRIBUTING TO THIS TRAINWRECK, I'M GOING TO POLITELY ASK THAT THE NAME-CALLING AND PERSONAL ATTACKS STOP.

We should find out alot about what this team is really made of this weekend, especially against the Griz. ISU was the preseason favorite and have had some nice recent seasons, but the Lady Griz are to Big Sky women's basketball what the Sioux were to NCC women's basketball............

I didn't see any of the game, but it sounds like it was a repeat of the SUU game. I didn't necesarily expect them to beat Weber, but I didn't think it would a 32 point drubbing either............

Congrats to FU on another championship.

I've never understood why a portion of the hockey crowd gets so bent out of shape over names, monikers, and labels. The championship that Fargo U. won is the highest one that the NCAA recognizes in football. Seems like a good goal and an impressive accomplishment. In my eyes, it was even more impressive than that thrilling come from behind win the Sioux had last night against something called Holy Cross.

This game will definately be an uphill battle. What a statement it would make if we pulled it out though. I sure wish we had Brekke and Traylor. Nice bunch of guys over at the Weber St. message board. Check em' out. Men's basketball is to Weber is what hockey is to North Dakota.

Looking forward to the game against Weber. It will be an uphill battle obviously, but a good test to see how we measure against the class of the Big Sky in the toughest venue in the Big Sky............................... We have been kind of discombobulated all season, but I feel we have the talent on the roster to play with Weber. Just a matter of putting it all together for 40 minutes.....................

Fargo U. and Sam Houston State will be playing on Saturday for the preeminent championship that the NCAA awards in the sport of football. For a school like Fargo or Sam Houston State to participate in the FCS Championship game is not any less impressive than it is for Johns Hopkins or Duke to square off in the DI Lacrosse Championship, or for North Dakota and Bemidji St. to face off in the final game of the Frozen Four. If possible, I would move mountains for North Dakota to be in a positon to still be playing football on Jan. 5 like Sam Houston and Fargo U. will be....................... I hope and expect that North Dakota will also attain this monumental acheivement in the not so distant future. When they do, I won't be making light of it..............

Just out of curiosity....................... 3 years from now when the University of North Dakota is participating in the Division I National Championship game, will you be consistent in your efforts to minimize the accomplishment?

I'm very impressed with how this team has improved its free throw shooting. What was a major liability in the previous two seasons has become a great asset this season (save for the UMKC game). Having said that, how is it that our starting point guard is just a 52% FT shooter?

Good road win for North Dakota. Idaho St. isn't very good, but honestly neither has been UND so far. Given the way that the Sioux have played away from GF in recent seasons, every time they win an away game is good step. Nice to see them start strong and finish strong, even though they lapsed and let ISU get close before and after the break. All in all, two consecutive solid performances by North Dakota.........................

Anybody else notice the out-of-bounds pass to another out-of-bounds player? I always think that is kind of cool..................
