My wife and I will be there. It will be our 16th frozen four since 2000. The best was 2005- 2008. We just happened to get hotels where the players parents were staying. Had a lot of good times with Oshie's mom. Bina's dad, Kozek's dad, etc. great time.

Michigan won seven of their nine titles before 1965. So two in the last 60 years. That's crazy!!!

Tickets on Ticketmaster jumped in price by $200 per seat in the lower bowl after we won. Glad my wife told me to buy tickets beforehand, All tickets are resale so could go up or down depending on who wins tomorrow. 15th Frozen Four for us and sometimes tickets are almost free (Columbus) and others cost a bundle. (Boston). Good luck. We will be there.

OMG! We have to fly to regionals like 80% of the western teams. You mean we can't be like BC and BU and always play in Worcester? Providence won their one and only championship in 2015. They had the regional in Providence even though they were not the host team and then won it in Boston which is 50 miles from Providence. Whereas they think Sioux Falls is in our backyard or 320 miles away. What a whiner!

Unbelievable that the committee actually went strictly by the NPI. The only teams they had to swap were Wisconsin and Cornell so Cornell didn't play Dartmouth in the first round. Of course, I would have wished that Denver and Western weren't in the same bracket but for bracket integrity you need to have 4/5 in the same together.

Every time we play Duluth late in the season, they take out one of our guys. Goes back to when older brother Pionk took out Tucker Poolman right before regionals. They are a dirty team. The refs went " Old time hip check" and then when they show the replay the young Pionk just hit Ollie's knee and nothing else. This game was a good learning lesson and now they need to win 4 in a row to win it all. It's doable if they play like they did against Western. Still Number 2 in the NPI and no one will move ahead of us. We'll be in Sioux Falls for the regionals. We will most likely get a Hockey East team (U Mass or Connecticut) in the first round or Mankato if they end up beating St Thomas.

Just read an article about Mercyhurst on College Hockey News. They've had a lot of injuries. In the article the coach states: “The injury bug has been as worse as it’s been in my 38 years. We have two or three guys that are done for the season. We played Holy Cross; we had eight healthy forwards, and we used two defensemen to get it to ten forwards and that was the same way against Canisius,” Gotkin said. “The good news is we’re going to get a chunk of those guys back here in the second half. I don’t know how many will be back for [the first game out of the break] North Dakota.” We can only hope we get Livanavage and Wiebe back from the Spengler Cup for this series otherwise these are the defensemen: (Zmolek, Jubenvill, Engel, Laurila, and Strathman. So only 5 D for that series.
