Who is it that has continued to play Canady this year? I understand that right now he must play due to injuries, put stop giving him a regular shift.

Too bad that the Zajac/Spirko/Stafford line can't stay on the ice the whole game. Too bad that Gino was only in the building to give an interview. For a second there I thought he was coming back to our rescue.

Sorry, it wasn't me. I choose not to spend my evening listening to a call in show with apologists like Redwing calling in and Hennesy lobbing softballs to Hak. Besides, in about a minute, I can read PCM's summary versus listening for a half hour or however long it takes. PCM is good at his summaries (See, I do give credit when credit is due.) Blame me for the Blais rumor if you want, however, there seems to be something to it for Hennesy to even bother mentioning it.

Dave Hakstol is to the Sioux what Les Steckel was to the Vikings. Both followed very successful coaches (Bud Grant and Blais). Both had (are having) bad seasons. Now, we just need to bring Dean back. It is our destiny.

Maybe my lobbying is paying off.

Hopefully the Sioux can win both games. It will be tough though since they are the only team in college hockey to have two straight years of bad "puck luck" If they do not get at least a split, I am changing my name to BringGinoBack. Though the early 90 Gino teams were also horrible, they were entertaining. I will take a good 7-6 shootout over what we have been seeing anyday.

1. It will be an eyesore 2. It is in the wrong location to benefit students (too far away). The location behind Tabula's makes the most sense. It is closer to Gamble Hall, the library, and Merrifield, a few of the more populted buildings in my opinion. 3. Bina is god.

It sure sounds like the people that use the shuttle will be getting charged to park there once the ramp is done. Enough is enough, we are paying enough the way it is to go to a hockey game.

I thought your story was professional. The only people angry at you are the Sioux apologists that think the team can do no wrong.

What makes this worse than your typical college student DUI? How about the fact that Greene knows that the spotlight is on him and still gets busted. By the way, I like how some Sioux apologists still think that all is well. Where is the leadership from the Sioux Captains? I do not know if you can do this or not, but I think that effective immediately the new captains should be Prpich, Bina, and McMahon, three guys who never take a night off (and stay out of trouble off the ice too).

Nothing will happen to him. Whether right or wrong, this will drag out until after the season. Guess what, any chance of him coming back is gone, if there ever was any chance at all. Who was he with? The obvious guess would be Marvin but does anyone know for sure?

I think that this last weekend was a huge turning point for the Sioux. They made it through a Fri-Sat weekend without losing a game.

Troll's usually try to get people upset by spreading rumors or outrageous statements about the team. Does it still make someone a troll if they are telling things the way that they are? This team has not become anymore disciplined than the day the season started. It is a pretty telling picture when with four minutes to go in a one goal game, your team is down 5x3 and your Captain and Assistant Captain are in the box.

Most teams are pretty good compared to UND this year (except Canisius)

All is well, stay the course, Hakstol is God, just bad puck luck, the bounces did not go our way, we ran into a hot goalie, we deserved to win, we played hard, _______________________________________(Add your own favorite cliche)

I was going to give him an "F-" but that was not an option. Just kidding, I give him a C because the season is not done yet.

I am sure that Toews and other recruits have this page as their homepage. In fact, I am sure that Kessel was coming to UND before he read my screen name. Trust me, guys like Toews are more worried about getting a big enough wheelbarrow for all of the money they will earn in the pros versus what people on some message board think. Hakstol deserves criticism, although you can make the argument about how much he deserves. The games that have bothered me the most were the sat night butt kicking the Gophs gave us, and obviously the home losses to AA and Mankato. As far as slamming players, no one is slamming Lamoreaux, Prpich, Spirko or Mcmahon, some of the players that have played up to expectations.

This Sioux season is like the parade at the end of Animal House. It started out fine, but has gone steadily down hill since then. And guys like Redwing are the equivalent of Kevin Bacon at the end of Animal House, running around and screaming "All is well" when it clearly isn't.

They will probably go pro rather than stick around and be coached by someone with a lifetime losing record.
