Being he is my nephew, he came real close to choosing UND over NDSU simply because he could of played right away. I tried talking him into it but no dice.

I hate shootouts in college hockey. It's like ending a tie football game with a field goal contest. I say go to 10 minutes of 4 on 4 and still tied so be it.

Pattyn isn't the brightest bulb on the tree. If he can't see their powerplay is killing them then he doesn't belong on the ice at all. Yet he pulls that stupid crap at the end of the period. Stupid as one can get.
