Bin, we used to do this in New Jersey--it was a lot of fun for the fans. By the way, that is my favorite Fighting Sioux jersey--I hope they use that for a retro game.

Rutgers Coach Greg Schiano won this award last year. Liberty Mutual came to campus for a day long football festival. There was a little bit of soft sell for Liberty Mutual policies,but mostly it was just an informative and fun day focused on Rutgers Football and Coach Schiano. I know this is not North Dakota related,but imagine if in a period of two years, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Maine went after Coach Hakstol and he said no. In the last two years, Greg Schiano has said no thanks to job offers from Miami, Alabama, and Michigan. HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF AROUND NEW JERSEY!!!

TWO PLAYERS FROM NEW JERSEY!!!!! What's next--Olympic skiers from Louisiana? I work about five feet from JVR's hometown. I like to go to local high school hockey,but I never did get a chance to see him on his high school team. Yet, whenever anyone mentions moving Rutgers up from a club team to NCAA Division 1 nothing happens--which is how I became a Fighting Sioux fan. Good luck USA!!!

Are the Sioux having a retro jersey night this year, and if so, which era and jersey?

Any chance the Fighting Sioux could end up playing at West Chester or Southern Connecticut in the later rounds? Both would be less than two hours from the here at the New Jersey Shore. GO NORTH DAKOTA!!!

Note to North Dakota athletic department--PLEASE play at Princeton soon. Reasons why-- 1--Only 45 minutes from my home 2--Baker Rink is like a butchers freezer 3--Only 45 minutes from my home 4--Two guaranteed wins! 5--Centrally located in the middle of the state for all of the Sioux fans in New Jersey 6--And did I mention it is only 45 minutes from my home GO FIGHTING SIOUX! Thanks for the good posts Sioux fans! It wasn't always pretty,but it was a great game to watch( all-time stadium record). We keep setting new records above capacity--the fire marshall doesn't work nights! Although I felt like Columbus trying to get to the Northeastern game,it was great to get there and see the Sioux win up there.
