  1. But where are they now? I'm sure the Chapman faithful will somehow blame this on UND and others that hated NDSU's success. It looks to me like Chapman ran NDSU like the federal government is run, just keep spending without consequence.
  2. Vikings at Saints I spent the weekend in Louisiana and boy are the people there ready for this. New Orleans has never hosted an NFC Championship game. If you want to hear the news from the "other side" stream Bobby Hebert on WWL from 4:00 to 8:00. http://www.wwl.com/ Actually, I'm sure they will be running Saints news all day. The newspaper will be loaded with Saints info.... http://www.nola.com/ Geaux Saints !!!
  3. In my best Johnny Carson... "Iiiii did not know that."
  4. I thought the Bison played SUU?
  5. Sioux Win! Sioux Win! Thanks for the updates.
  6. Hold on guys!
  7. UND: First-day spring enrollment breaks record
  8. In honor of the playoffs, I brought back my old avatar. WHO DAT?!
  9. Boulder has 4 Whole Food locations, two near CU, one on either end of the campus; the Magazine St. location in New Orleans is near Tulane, there is a Whole Foods near Denver University, there is a Whole Foods just west of the U of Wisc. campus. Whole Foods is building in Burlington Vermont, a college town. Look here to find more Whole Food locations. I'm sure there are many more near college campuses. With that I end my discussion of the merits of a Whole Food in GF.
  10. Although the ladies are still in last place in the WCHA, they are improving and building. The next few years are going to be fun to watch.
  11. Thanks for the info. Nice win ladies.
  12. I'm surprised Olbermann has 2 people watching him.
  13. I was bored today.
  14. You're right, I should have said school/SBoHE issue. Regardless, it isn't a Summit issue. Insofar as the NCAA is concerned, UND is in compliance with the settlement agreement, yet somehow the Summit deems that to be a problem. It seems the Summit has some other issues they should be concerned about, WIU.
  15. WIU is a Summit League school in all sports except football, so I would label WIU a Summit League school. The "Fighting Sioux" name is a school issue, not a conference issue, yet the Summit makes it one.
  16. Interesting, but wouldn't that have been a better argument here, here or here.
  17. I like it!
  18. The reason that I suggested Whole Foods to begin with is because they are national name with good products and services. Jay's Foods doesn't have the same vibe.
  19. Hey, but the Sioux are ahead of UM-Crookston (942). I'm sure Faison is getting an earful.
  20. I watched a bit of the first part of the game. I thought the Princeton was based on moving and quick passes. This is not what I saw the Sioux doing. Texas A&,M 82, North Dakota 41 One player in double figures, Benter. I see that Houston Baptist is 1-12 and U-T Pan American is 1-15. Maybe the Sioux can win another game this year.
  21. I will admit that they aren't the cheapest, but they do have some good deals and their deli has good meals at a reasonable price. There has to be a reason that they have stores near college campuses.
  22. I will snap my fingers and make the corporate muckity-mucks at Whole Food make it so. Darn. It didn't work. Whole Food is a publicly traded company that makes corporate decisions on locations of where to place their stores. I can't just start one.
  23. LETS GO SIOUX!!!!
  24. I hope this step forward is a large one with many to follow. I'm receiving price increases from my vendors on steel. Up 8% with more to increases to come. Hopefully they can lock in some pricing.
  25. I went to Judy's after college quite a few times. Sometimes we would go there during halftime and not make it back to the game.
