So besides discussing a Sioux/Bison game, what else did the ADs talk about? I would assume with NDSU nearing play-off eligability and UND nearing our first step into DI, there had to have been more discussed.

Welcome to the board, SloStang. There is no doubt that our Universities will begin to see plenty of each other in the upcoming years. Whether that is in 2008 or '09 is still to be determined. I think the biggest factor with that will be what the Gateway decides and/or announces in 2 weeks.

The CC/UMTC game is definately getting interesting.

It will be great when the Sioux/Bison rivalry games begin again. However, I would rather see the game against SUU happen. Southern Utah is not only a member of the Great West but is also a member of the Mid-Continent. If the GWFC and the Mid-Con are what UND is initially shooting for it only makes sense to begin making friends in those conferences. Also, we are going to need home games for the 2008 season. It may be possible to work out a home and home with SUU. Play SUU in Cedar City this season in return for a home game during the 2008 season. Right now I don't see how UND and NDSU playing this season is really that benefitial to either school. I would prefer that the UND/NDSU games be scheduled to resume in 2009 when the game can be played on equal terms and would have more meaning. Edit: Here is SUU's athletic website.

I found one other thing of interest in that photo. There are no other buildings drawn into the picture but there is one little brick structure that is drawn into the background. It looks like something right along University. So why did they draw in this one random brick structure that isn't currently there? EDIT: Does anybody know if the north side of the tower is also angled?
