I didn't see any of the game, but it seems like the group was fine with the effort, just "didn't get one to go". From what I've been told we were fine in the net and our young d unit played okay. We need guys like Kunz to show up and get on the scoresheet. Given a top 6 role and has been a ghost.

Boisvert definitely a chippa bleu.

That middle frame before 13 and 25 couldn't break the puck out to save their lives was fun to watch. Bubbs sensed it and just rolled the top three. Boisvert was just a man out there. Wilkie and Mac got good cycles going with James and Providence didn't have an answer. Mac made a pass off the wall in the third that if it was finished it's an NCHC play of the year candidate. I think Boisvert has all the makings to be the league ROY. Heavy shot and the ability to create space. I'm excited to see him get plenty of opportunities on the PP.

Scanlan was all over him and rightfully so. Heals towards the crease, not the toes. Heinert was in love with Wiebe last night. I thought he and his partner had some puck management and zone outlet issues.

A lot of good teaching moments from a win. Which is a good thing. When they shortened the bench in the 2nd period they tilted the ice and had momentum. I thought our goalie was fine. First goal Strathmann didn't pick up his guy, the 2nd goal was a deflection off Zmolek.

#9 is the real deal. Dare I say an upgrade over the last kid that wore #9.... Other than that lapse where they should've got scored on a very solid period.

That whole scramble was due to F- puck management.....wake up white....25 and 13 need a split.
