I think Omaha's pops tonight. I was rooting for them to get over the hump too, but they got arguably the hottest team in the NCHC in their home arena where they haven't lost in regulation since December.

You get the stique of being a shut down goaltender and people leave off facts like I was also tied with Schmaltz (And Ludvig, Hobie, Kaleb) in goals scored this season.

All four home teams win game #1. I see the same thing Saturday. If I was to pick a road team tomorrow I'd say Western.

I'm a bit scared that QB guru KOC thinks they can make Darnold into something he's not and they don't move up in the draft. The guy has all the physical tools in the world, but can't read a defense to save his life and turns the ball over. I was in the boat of let it ride with Mullens until the QB you draft is ready to go. Alas, we've got the QB that sees ghosts...

Teams with any kind of question mark in the net are saved by the Portal. So many older goalies there like the one who beat us on Saturday evening in Omaha. There really isn't an excuse any more to have a goaltending issue.
