If Central had Lund they are hands down the state champs. Only teams with a prayer are Bismarck and Red River. I know Red River rolled Bismarck, but the next day Bismarck almost knocked off Central. Im thinking we see an all GF final at scheels arena. Not a bold prediction at all though.

Not an excuse for Boeser, but he clearly isn't 100 percent. His doesn't have near the control or the velocity on his shot that he did last year or earlier this season. Berry hinted post game he is still bugged a bit by something. Or maybe Drake and Schmaltz were that good.....

Positives: Peski, Wilkie was good minus the whole scoring thing, Hrynkiw can be the guy if Cam can't go next week. Played without our best forward, our record holding goalie, and the four year guy with the C on his sweater.

Berry post game: Took him a long time for him to get to the booth. -Had no answer for their goalie, that's no excuse, we have to win the game. -We had great opportunities, no net front. -Message to players. Can't be frustrated. -Some individuals need to be better. -Have to find ways to win. -Played pretty good for the 120 minutes. -Zero point weekend for Boeser -Proud of Wilkie. Working hard, needs to stay with it. -What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Was not a step back at all in performance. -Hats off to CC. That's a wrap.

Can't fault the effort. 4 posts and goalie played the game of his life. We made their goalie the NCHC player of the week.
