Hak post game: ~Praise for Rodwell. ~Good start for the boys, opened things up. ~Were conservative in the third, but liked the third period. ~Nice to have different guys step in and score. ~Zane was good. ~More praise for Rodwell. ~Team playing well, showing some maturity. ~League is pretty even. Throw out the records and start over. And thats what Hak had to say.

Western wins, UND wins, CC.....goodness..... Unbeaten streak at 9 games.

Under two minutes left. 4-2 UND, and BSU is pulling their inner Dean Blais and removing their goaltender.

Western 4 minutes away from getting 5 points in St. Cloud. DA BRONCS....

2-1 western over SCSU late in the third. Those two wins at western were absolutely huge.

Well UND should just win every game they show up to play, so naturally UND would win. But BSU wouldn't blow a two goal lead thats for sure.

Well if he was coaching this game it'd be 10-2 UND.

Rodwell is playing at another level. All over the place taking the body and creating scoring chances.

And 2-1 now. Schmaltz can't give the guy that much space, but it was set up by a horrible cross ice play.

I like how BSU has already had to go away from the bear hug in the corners....the officials did a great job setting the precedent right away.

1-0 on a nice play by Pattyn to Gaarder. And its 2-0.....And Andrew Walsh is not the best goalie in the world anymore.....

And in the NCHC....you can't do that....

Rau is one of the best I've ever seen. He is so good at making it seem like a penalty. Robbie Earl sucked because it was every time he got touched. And Rau is smart about it. If Minnesota is owed a power play he knows it and he will make a border line play look glorious.

Goalies UND has made look amazing....the last couple years off the top of my head.... -Andrew Walsh -Matt O'Connor -Ryan Faragher -Sam Brittain -Juho Olkinura -Joe Howe -Carsen Chubak -John Faulkner Am I leaving someone out?

CC was twenty seconds away from really helping. But that's the story of their season.

Some thoughts: ~They controlled the entire game, but got lucky as hell that Illo didn't score in overtime there.....lucky bounce. ~Have to find ways to score. Plenty of chances to put BSU away, but didn't. ~I'll give credit to Walsh. Might have been the best game he's played in his college career. But sick of watching goalies get the best of UND. ~Zane was pretty good again. The one goal came off a bad play by Pattyn and Ausmus. Unbeaten streak now to 8 games, but a huge huge game tomorrow night in Grand Forks.

Not going to lie....if a guy held me the entire shift I'd slash him too.
