Agreed here. No reason to open up the club section. Maybe that means they can open more restaurants downstairs instead of 1/2 of them open throughout the arena.

Goalies that intrigue me: -Kraws. 6'5, invited to Coyote camp last year. 2 years remain due to Covid year. -Pavivich. Big minutes in hockey east, two years left as well. -Veltri. Tons of games this past season. Over 2,000 minutes in the net with 37 starts. -Lush. 25 year old Canadian...Wooger would love it!!

I think you could see the Swede back in his home country. Just didn't do enough in the time he had the net to pass the eye test. That's honestly one of the more confusing moves I've seen from the coaching staff. Gotta take risks though I guess, just didn't pan out.

If he's coming then you've got to be sure your Portal guy can play 20 plus games. Wonder how much scholarship dollars 32 gets? If we can tell Calder we don't have money available we can tell that to him as well I'd think.

It's frustrating because I want it to work, but the ship has sailed. The atmosphere of the championship game didn't hold a candle to other conferences. Let's play out the last two weekends as a single game semi and higher seed hosting championship game the next. I hate the B1G, but they figured out their conference tournament sucked. And ours does now too. If Denver is playing CC at Magness they are trying against the Tigers instead of going through the motions in front of UND and SCSU fans cheering for CC. I watched the WBC instead of CC and SCSU last night. Just zero energy at the game.

What I don't get is that Berry's teams play much much less physical than Hak's and take less penalties. The physical play would get Hak's teams out of position at times, but we loved the huge hits that weren't majors like they are today and teams had to have their heads up at all times skating through neutral ice. So outside of Kleven, we don't play that hockey anymore. Why on earth did our d zone go to absolute hell throughout the season, and cost us again on a 3x3 rush to end the season? We got off trying to blame the goaltending through most of it, but the 7-6 loss to Western rang the bell that it wasn't just the goaltending. Save percentage gets owned by one guy but it's a team statistic. And now Brad has a huge reconstruction task on the defensive side of things.... Gonna be a long few months....

This ^^^^^ Watch the atmospheres of the games in Mankato and Mariucci. It's the way to do it. If we are a #4 seed and we are pissed about a rocking Amsoil against #1 Duluth then go sit in an empty arena and watch termites.

This is exactly it. Bless his heart and the #MGFC, but he's not going to play in the NHL. Ryan Duncan, a guy who won a pretty big award made a career of it in Europe. Probably the path for Gaber after he leaves.
