I'm very happy how the season turned out, I'm glad things turned around. It did look pretty grim for a while.

Aw shucks! Thanks. I started the off-season street hockey with a bang. *points to scrape on chin from biffing it face first playing with Mini Me this afternoon* People need to not give me dirty looks for refusing to move the goal, or get out of the way when they drive by.

Just read an article on the Forum website about the Sioux and JP said the only reason there is bad blood between Denver and UND is because the Pioneers beat them. Really a classy article on a classy team. These boys deserve this win tonight!

3-1 Sioux. Keep in mind two days ago I predicted the Sioux over Minnesota 4-2 on a different board.

The Sioux are better than that, and besides, walking away with a National Championship in a year that Denver should win is better punishment than anything else. I still wouldn't wanna be Pauko with Matt Greene on the ice, but I don't wanna see anything that isn't within the rules of hockey. Well, anything that's more than a 2 minute minor anyway. Fight on Sioux!

This game is ours, we're on a mission right now. Post Denver-CC, Denver said they were favoring the Sioux over Minny....... they were right, let's make the Pioneers our bitch.

Is it game time yet? I'm bored and I had severe withdrawl last weekend.

It has nothing to do with hockey, but it's been kinda fun. And you're right we shouldn't be labeling things we don't like not as sports. That's why cheerleading isn't a sport. I guess it would be if you put a pair of hockey skates on one and let me put on my hockey gear.

I figure getting girls involved in a sport and being part of a team teaches them a lot about life and how to deal with certain situations. If they like to play they might do it for the rest of their lives.

*gasp* *coaches girls' volleyball*

Ok...you have a point, but then the athletes in Nascar are the pit people, who also double as bowling pins sometimes.....so maybe bowling and Nascar are sports afterall. Cheerleading is still on the non-sport list, even though they can count to F.

So what if I say Cheerleading, Nascar and Bowling are not sports?

No nerves here, I have that confidence going into the game that I usually have when I know the team I'm rooting for is going to win.

Tennessee should have beat Michigan State and won it all. They beat themselves. That is all.

I always think that people who say they "have a reliable source close to the team" don't really have one. I have a friend who gives me inside info on a team that she works for, and I follow pretty close. All of that info is off-limits in public forums. Out of respect for her, and the possiblity that once something she tells me ends up as public knowledge, that I will no longer be told what's really going on.

We skipped my 9 year olds fall music concert so that he could be on his team's hockey picture. I left it totally up to him and obviously the hockey pic was more important. If it was up to me, I'd let her pic between the Sioux and the play, but I know what my kid's answer would be. I don't think you'd have the same answer.
