I have about as much confidence as the team did last Saturday. 2016 I would go anywhere to watch that team play. This year I will be giving my Frozen Faceoff tickets away. Minnesota fired men's basketball coach Ben Johnson on Thursday after four years of repeatedly rebuilding rosters at his alma mater without coming close to an NCAA tournament appearance as the program fell behind in the rugged and expanded Big Ten. Johnson had two seasons remaining on his contract, which calls for a $2.92 million buyout. His annual salary was $1.95 million, the lowest in the 18-team league. Minnesota can do it. Lack of performance equals dismissal. Mr. Armacost please take notice.

Who do I get rebate from for my season tickets for this past year? Those are entertainment dollars that I certainly did not get the value of what they cost. I used to think that it was a bargain for the entertainment VALUE of the product that was put on the ice. Not so much anymore...

That is inaccurate. I talked to Bennet in Omaha last year. He was in a boot and on crutches. Didn't play in that series for sure.

Say Berry gets canned. Do all the players and committed prospects get to choose to play somewhere else? Is there any way of hanging on to a few?
