Agreed. The non-calls on Cepis are frustrating, but there are many other areas that contributed to the loss. 2 seasons ago, Michigan Tech beat UND in the 2nd game after being shutout 4-0 the night before to send it to a 3rd game. MTU played their hearts out and lost a 1 goal game the next night. Mankato took it to 3 games a year or two before that. My point: teams play desperate when they know their seasons are on the line. I expect a war tonight, but I think the Sioux will pull it off.

Lets put it behind us. Yep, I know we are only fans...but lets get loud tomorrow and TAKE IT! Gonna be a hell of a game, LETS GO SIOUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's really too bad that diving gets rewarded. Not sure if THAT is what cost us the game....but it sure made it harder to win. Cepis makes Robbie Earl look like a saint. BUT, as long as it gets rewarded, keep it up by all means.

I bet Cepis is just soaked after being on the ice so much after those dives.

I told someone today that this game has the potential to be one of the best atmospheres in the history of the new Ralph. I think it will rank right up there with the Michigan game at the West Regional. This is the last home series for 6.5 months! Fans, prove me right!!!!

How are ticket sales going for people on here? How much have you sold your tickets for? For those who have purchased them, how much have you spent per ticket? (I have season tickets, so didn't need them.)

I'm with AZ on this one. Wear white. I have 3 jerseys, one in each color. If you don't have a white sioux jersey, buy a white shirt. Don't let gopher fans make fun of us by saying: "nice whiteout", or "only half the fans listened".

People can list tickets for outrageous prices, but I doubt any will sell. My guess is that people who intend on going to the game are posting these high prices and just seeing what happens, hoping that some high roller who brags that "money ain't a problem" swoops up their tickets.

Now, back on topic: I plan on wearing white for sure! I like the towels, that could look really cool after a goal when everyone is waving em.

What is your problem? You are the definition of "punk". For those of you who don't know, "gopherz" is the person who started a rumor on the gopher message board about Jordan Schroeder leaving midseason. This rumor was the reason that the gophers had to release a statement about JS NOT leaving school. He is banned or shunned from his team's message board. He offers nothing for this board. Why not ban him here too? I might have to use the "ignore" feature I guess.

No way should they charge...yet. Serve beer, make games fun, promote the hell out of it. If the team starts winning, and there are plays like we saw in the Olympics, I think it will grow. Womens hockey isn't going anywhere, we might as well become a national power and lead the country in attendance. I imagine if we averaged 2,000 per game, it would be near the top numbers in women's hockey. The athletic department has to capitalize on the opportunity presented to them for next season. They won't get a better chance.

Use it as a bar rag while having any Canadian friends you may have over. That would be classic!

Parise was just on with PA on KFAN. Great interview by Zach. He had a nice shoutout to the UND Fighting Sioux at the end when PA asked him if he still follows UND and the WCHA. Paraphrasing: Zach said he follows UND still, talked about the sweep of CC and clinching home ice. He then said what a great job the program does, getting guys ready for NHL, and said it was some of, if not the best 2 years of his life! You da man Zach!

It would be sweet if they got swept, Duluth splits, and UND sweeps, vaulting us into 3rd place. That seems like poetic justice to a point, leaping over SCSU.

You are correct, sir. Spring break begins monday, March 15th, many students will leave on the 13th on a trip to a place much warmer than here.
