The TV Schedule, now shows that FOXN will not televize the Friday afternoon semifinal. I thought they originally were televising all games froml the WCHA tourney.
-
Anderson is at Anchorage.
-
I'm surprised there are still student tickets available for the Wisco series in spite of the struggles the team has had.
-
The jerk with my (former) credit card info lives in Wisco. Maybe LE can kick this Badger butt while the Sioux do the same.
-
Used your link to the FTC and filed a complaint with the individual's info that I tracked down, as well as local LE. Thanks Bet the guy is a gopher fan
-
I'm not certain this is the site that my cc was stolen from, it appears someone had it prior to last Friday. I've tracked the ip and have an email address and the isp the individual uses, so I'll proceed with LE at this point.
-
Can't be sure that's where my cc info was stolen, just suspect. Trying to run down the ip from where one of the charges was made.
-
To add insult to injury, since I charged the Friday webcast to my card, I've starting getting charges to adult web sites, as well as a charge for the purchase of the Palm OS, and others. The usurped cc info has nothing to do with the unsecured email request, but rather the payment on the dataflix site itself, since the charges started before the refund email was sent to us from the REA. It does not appear that dataflix uses a secure, encrypted payment method (good luck with that firewall). If your cc is listed in your dataflix account, I'd make an effort to get it removed from the site. My cc has been cancelled.
-
Dispute the charge with your cc company when your bill comes. You didn't receive the product for which you paid.

That is a confusing web site. Looks like to watch the Sioux you'll have to travel to Sensor's, in which case you'd have a choice to watch FSSN (with Sweeny and ?) or FOXN alternate (with the BAdger announcers). You can go home to watch the Gophers Maybe you have a friend with directv or dish?
-
I read somewhere that they'd be televised on FOXNa (alternate), so they sould be on DISH, if you live in the area that gets FOXN or pay for the sports package. The online DISH schedule doesn't list the alternate, assume you get it?

Duncan with a 2-1 -3 line last night moves ahead of Kozek into second in the BCHL in points, and first in goals scored.
-
Saw Duluth moved over .500 RPI after I posted. Looks like you should remain there. As I understand it, it's where you stand at the end, everything before then counts as if you were a TUC all season. Actually, Bemidji is still hanging in there as a TUC so playing them isn't as bad as one would think, as their RPI is higher than MDU's.
-
Interesting comments on Kozek on the BCHL message board.
-
Some of us analyzers are getting our ideas from the sudo section 214. HOw else can we tell what the Sioux are doing with no radio, no streaming audio, a black screen webcast, and opponent announcers. Since we can neither see nor hear what is going on, we make it up.

Maine's RPI should be OK playing UML and BC in their last two series, win or lose. Maine's chances of making the NCAA's may well hinge on sweeping all four games, however.
-
There is a significant "space" between an 8th national title and the season this year has been. Certainly a lot more space than that between an 8th national title and last year's season.
-
Same for me, it seemed that number 8 had a good chance of happening last year or this year. My question is, for those that have kept track, how many players have jumped ship early without winning a national championship? My memory is better during Gino's early years, where many players left after winning the NCAA. I had no expectation of either ZPar or Bo leaving after losing the Denver game, yet they did. Has it been common for Sioux players to leave early between the championship years of 1987 and 1997. Feels like the NHL CBA may have worked in reverse, in that owners wanted to sign their top draft picks and get them experience in the AHL while it was full of NHL players. Probably good experience for players like Zach and Bo.

I broke down and bought the Maine webcast last fall, for $15. Quality was excellent, couldn't believe how much better it was than any dataflix Sioux webcast. Then there are the free ones (Wisco), which are also better. Recent MTU free webcasts looked good for a short time, but quickly became unwatchable as too many users logged in. The REA's dataflix has now been a bust for most of two years, I'd guess they have about worn out their welcome with most Sioux fans.
-
Wow, unbelievable that the same group broke down all those times. A bit senior laden also. (whoops, you guys both type faster than me)
-
So what was the crowd's reaction at Dagwoods, who apparently antied up the $40 on Friday night for the dataflix sudo webcast? Did they try again on Saturday, or blow it off entirely?
-
Sioux only make the tourney at this point by the bonus from the Maine wins (and the bonus is currently just a guess). Dwindling RPI playing UAA plus the loss has definitely put the Sioux on the bubble. Could well mean that 2 wins against St. Cloud as well as the first round of the WCHA playoffs is necessary or be left out of the tourney. SCSU is currently a TUC, and since they face MN next, should remain one when the Sioux go there. First round playoff opponent prolly will not be a TUC (Duluth, whose RPI will take a dump vs Bemidji this weekend), so losing to them could well eliminate the Sioux.

3:30 both days, Sat and Sun.

Nice. Looks like noone in Saginaw has Sioux hockey and the REA on the front burner.
-
It's mentioned in a couple other threads, but the ND State HS hockey tourney is going on at the REA next weekend, also. First time I can remember that the Sioux were home the same weekend.
