Wisco should never have to defend good defense. Good D has been a Sioux strength since the beginning Gino years and has won them national championships. We've become too locked into the goph contingent yapping about dmen and points. They've had a few, very few, good 2 way dmen but they have never played D the way the Sioux and Wisco can. The Sioux coaching staff since the Gino years (and probably before), have never allowed a forward to play one way hockey, if you don't work both ends, you sit. I believe Wisco has played that same game, even during the Sauer years, and certainly during the B. Johnson years.

You forgot one at least, that they own the REA (Mariucci West), which, I think, arrived with the Gopher succes in the REA during its first year of Sioux hockey. The record since is overlooked, although it's been quieter since the HC game in the REA

Now we just need the ABC, CBS, and FOX locals to sign on with DISH out of Minot/Williston. Owner of those affiliates refuses to agree on the price with satellite providers.

Wouldn't it be nice if someone at WDAZ would be web literate enough to run a Sioux Sports show like this one at UNI. Still waiting for Show #6, which should contain some video footage of the game, to be posted there. Great stuff, great quality for the video stream.

Thought someone posted early in camp that Brandon Brady was the #1 tailback, yet he now isn't on the depth chart. Hurt, or beaten out by Strouth and Beatty?

Pietrangelo was decent but played when the Badgers and Sioux were the teams to beat (early 80s). He also gets no mention from Gopher fans since he was..........cough.............Canadian.
