With his size, or lack thereof, will Spirko be a 4 year Sioux? I like players to be built like a Panzer...

I like the idea but maybe it's a little confusing since there really is an East Grand Forks. Maybe Grand Forks South or Little Grand Forks.

North Dakota will play 2 TUCs at the most since they only have two more WCHA games... We need Maine to lose to a TUC or have some of the crappy teams that they played no longer be considered TUCs. What would it take for SCSU not to be a team under consideration?

I think the thing to be concerned with is if Maine holds on to their comparison with ND, is that the way BC is playing will Maine win BC comparison? If so ND becomes #2 regardless of RPI...

SFSIOUX Allow me to rail on you... Your point is a fair one, though I really think that the reputation is solely based on one instance that resulted in a Sioux 3 on 5. The bottom line is there are games that he is the single biggest reason they won. He is part of the reason why ND is #1 in the nation, so if he is healthy we need him. That said, this is Tech, so he should be at 100%...

Ballard has some waek spots, but he could play on my squad any time... He probably will have a good NHL career, but could use a little more development. All in all I think the trade was a good one PHX.

After seeing Greene play in the 2nd game against Duluth at the DECC. I believe that he is the best defensive D-man in the nation. I didn't think so at the start of the year but he just keeps improving (and certainly not last year). The effort and ice time in that game were outstanding. But INCH has no love for the defense...

Maybe I am reading too much into this title. I'm sorry, but having grown up near Duluth, I'm calling BS. They (the community) does an OK job supporting their team when they are winning (obviously everyone does to some extent). The fact is that the community is twice the size of Grand Forks and rarely fills the DECC. Just look at the Sioux series, how many Sioux fans were there. You know why? Because the Duluth fans didn't care enough to buy the tickets. I am happy that SS has brought the program to respectability. And I like to see the team have success, but the community typically doesn't care about the team.
