Well, I can't disagree with you about that line working hard, results do matter. And for 4 years there were no results. I'm glad to see that they are scoring. That is what this team was missing. However, I might have had a little more respect for you if you had made these comments, before they got hot. Sure now it's easy to give them praise. Where were you when they had done nothing all season?

Wow what a way to end a career that will haunt them for a long time.
-
3 weeks ago I would have agreed. Now, Hak may be going for another score. They are the horsemen you know.
-
In their defense, pepper food is sooooo good...

Listening to the Sioux game, yes, Marco Peluso. Keep that @$$h0le of the ice. Too bad we need Prpich on Thursday.
-
Having everyone healthy is such a big difference. I don't think the Sioux can lose if they score 4.

Right after the PP expires. Duluth anouncers go speechless. comment "Spirko, wow, he's quick"
-
Sioux PP. 2-4 so far

Parise with a big save.

Wish I could be there... but I've got a Saturday class at the University of Minnesota apply insults now... -
Side note: What is with Fylling missing open nets this year? He had the keeper out of the picture Saturday in St. Cloud and shot it wide (missed by alot).

Garden State / Peace Garden State - Why Not?

Doh, I left my Sioux decoder ring at home.

Yes, and then no one could read it.

I see that Toews has caught Gergan for total points despite playing 4 less games.

Very nice time of the year to get hot.

I hate the Gophers but Kessel is no Spehar. The Gophers landed a great recruit. Of course, he won't win any championships with the Gophers on probation for his 1 or 2 years, for certain unnamed recruiting violations.
-
Again, this is absolute BS. If a conference has 4 or more teams in the tourney, they should be represented in four brackets. NCAA, quit punishing the WCHA teams by making them play the only teams that can beat them (other WCHA teams) in the regionals. If we could have teams in 4 brackets, we could easily get 3 in the frozen 4.

I didn't see it. Please explain or if the story is still there please provide a link.

Damn East coast bias, they didn't even give us credit for our win and tie this week.

He did look good. in the game and I have no doubt he could play next year, but there are some parts of his game that could use improvement. Skating and defensive positioning come to mind. The 100 points means absolutely nothing as most of them came aginst vastly inferior competition. Some of the moves that he attempted in the final would have landed him flat on his back in the WCHA. I trust that Hak knew what he was doing when he recruited him as a 2006. Besides, I don't think that offense will be the issue next year.
