Another New England fall series this year. Maine was fun last year so we may try this. Does anyone know about the process of getting tickets to the games (through UND or through UNH)? Last year we flew in to Boston, that was fun but I think Montreal will be the way to go this year. Has anyone been to UNH?

Just for fun... Let's put Sparky, Watkins, & Duncan together. We can call them the "no-see-ums." They could be like a line from the original Nintendo Ice Hockey game where you could pick all little fast guys. Plus if you have last line change, you could put them in against another teams slower lines and watch the highlight reel develop.

I get Game Informer Magazine (insert joke here...). A couple of months ago there was commentary about an interview with the director of NCAA licensing who hinted that there would be licensing announcements forthcoming for NCAA baseball, lacrosse, and hockey games. Not a direct quote...

So who has seen this guy play. I assume that he is physical, but can he skate? How is his passing, puck handling, and shot? Is he gangly and a work in progress given his size. By the end of last season Smaby and Greene were both skating very fluid. I hope this monster will be the same way. At 6'7" this guy should be able to poke check from across the ice.

Wow now that Finley is in someone from my list will actually be on the team. I hope Dowzak is next. I'd love to see Bina line up next to either of those 2.

For those of you unaware the NHL does have one other TV deal, and it rocks. They have a contract with HDnet which shows select games in HD. I would look for this deal to be expanded. I also heard a rumor that center ice may be available in HD starting next season. This would be absolutely great. I love pro hockey, but don't like to watch it on TV unless it is in HD.

FYI, As of yesterday Heisenberg has Alexander going to UND. I know everyone already knew this...

jk, I like your logic, but I would expect to see Fabian and Kaip with Prpich on the third line (checking line). We will have a ton of offensive talent, but will need a checking line. Also, I think it is safe to say that the Sioux will be able to roll 4 lines all year next year. I for one don't expect to see Oshie next year, but I am usually wrong. If he does come it is because the staff is aware of an upcoming defection. I think that he will take the playing time in Sioux Falls. Either way, I think he will be a good player, but I am certain that Oshie in years 2-5 post high school will be better than Oshie years 1-4 post high school. Whenever Oshie does come to UND, it will be good to have him.

Excellent points jk. I would read this as Green is going pro. A class with 4 d-men (essentially 5 with Radke) is to big, among other things it will may you from going after the top D-me for the next few years.
