I am not surprised at all. This same crap comes from the Post all the time. I'd like to believe that Dater and Frei (the Avalanche's main 2 writers) won't write the same thing over and over, but Chambers and apparently the rest of the Post sports department are just ridiculous. If you read the comments on the article, there are comments from both sides (UND and DU) saying that the article was completely uncalled for and I agree.

Needed a break from work so did a little stat searching comparing Miele to Frattin. Miele had 24 goals and 31 first assists (16 second assists) for 55 points (60 total). Frattin conversely scored 36 goals and had 19 first assists (5 second assists) for 55 points (71 total).

Frattin still has 48% of the vote - 2,567 votes so far.

Dont have the video, but it was a very questionable 5 min call IMO. A penalty sure, but boarding, the CC player clearly looked to me like he jumped into the boards and Nelsons shove didnt very powerful at all.

That is good news. If he is healthy enough to play, maybe he gets in the lineup in the Final Five to get him a little game action again before the NCAA's. He has been a missing piece on that 3rd line. Best lineup has the 3rd with Kristo, Nelson and Rowney. 4th line with Davidson, Mario and Rodwell.

Nice to see i can piss everyone off with one remark. While Walski may have made however many saves in that game, besides irmen and potulny, when was the last time any talent came out of ND? I'm not referring to Walski with that remark, but rather the team he was playing against and their goal scoring talent. He played a hell of a game, but I dont think he can be the guy to back up Lammy, and take over and carry the Sioux if something happened to Lammy. Maybe I am wrong.

IF we are losing JPar, we better get on getting another goalie, because Walski is no WCHA backup.

i also saw that Fox sports rocky mountian, here in denver, will have the siox game live Friday, and the gopher game tape delayed early in the morning, like 3 am or something.
