How has having smaller LB and DL worked so far for UND? The answer is not good at all!

Let's hope the new OL coach can keep it up. Worries me that 2 starters have left (one from the area) since he got hired and Pawlek left. I just don't see a lot of positives with this team this upcoming year but man I hope I am completely wrong!

You have much higher expectations for this coaching staff then I do that's for sure.

To me I feel it has to do more with Freund and Pawlek leaving. More with Pawlek since it was 2 OL that left. And maybe the new OL coach isnt the guy either. Yeah maybe they will get some money somewhere but I can't see it going over 25k. We will get more information when they sign with another team. Lets just hope Hagen doesn't go south a few miles.

I'm sure its been said but is Nacho done?? If he is they desperately need someone to run the point. Does everyone remember before he got go play this year? It was a nigth and day difference before he go out on the court.

This defense scares me. Lost a lot and didn't bring in enough to fill in spots for a Defense that was atrocious last year. Offense is going to need to score 30-40 points a game to win.

I would probably agree with you but the stats don't and they don't support what dizzy dizzo voted. Skumberg has more points, more rebounds, more steals, more minutes, more ect. I know its not by much but my point is Dom should not be able to vote anymore after this especially just leaving Omot out! I actually think he just forgot and doesn't want to admit how bad of a journalist he actually is. Remove him from voting!

Izzo votes for Treyson and Nacho for 2nd team all-conference but leaves Omot out completely??? Should be stripped from his voting rights! Andrew Morgan of NDSU is on his first team all-conference which I believe he does belong on one just not the first team (skunberg is the leading scorer).

No highlights that I can find from Midco or Insider. Why is this such a problem? I mean can't a student that wants to get into media/editing do this??? They seem to get the hockey ones out fast. And they are really good at getting the press conference ones out.

Said this before but we need to get rid of this horrible 3-4 defense. It just does not work in the FCS because you can't get the type of DL. Plus nobody runs the veer or option offense anymore that the 3-4 is designed to stop. Might work for Bama, Georgia, Notre Dame, ect. but not at UND. It's not the 80's or 90's anymore when that type of defense was more popular.

If this is true then you def can't blame Danny and shame on Bubba and Chaves for letting someone like Danny go just so you stay for a few more years of mediocre football. They basically said 3 years more of terrible Bubba ball is better than hiring younger talent (Danny) as head coach. They screwed the future up for this football program and are going to start over in the 3 years after bubba runs it even farther into the ground!!!
