so finley and kozek sign the only other senior that was drafted and left from this class is watkins (drafted by dallas, round 5, #160 overall) i wonder if he signs with them or if dallas doesnt want to sign him he does what chris porter did and go where he can im not sure if miller or martens end up anywhere, maybe echl?? maybe miller duncan will sign somewhere, not sure what league though. ill guess AHL and zach jones will get a shot somewhere undrafted seniors duncan jones miller martens

i hear what you are saying but we have to have chay back there as he is the only guy we have who can rush that puck, well marto can but not like that. every team has 1 or 2 offensive d man and we will have the best one in the nation next season when it comes to that. i am very excited to see blood, fienhage and macwilliam lay some bows out there and i look for blood to be on that 2nd pp unit as well with lapoint with marto and genoway on that first unit.

because you dont switch position in hockey as you know unless needed like brad miller and he has been a d man for the sioux except for a few instances his first couple seasons because it was needed chay could be a dynamic forward as well but his skating ability is really magnified as he gets to bring the puck coast to coast as a d man im very happy chay stayed, i cant wait to see this incoming class. hell i would skip may-october every year if i could to have hockey start again

UND's first decision is out of the way. Defenseman Chay Genoway has decided he won't entertain pro offers and he will return for his senior season. Genoway also gives UND its biggest scoring threat from the blue line -- an area that may be a question mark heading in to next season. Derrick LaPoint and Jake Marto certainly are capable of adding offense from the back end, but Genoway is the only one who has proven he can do it on a consistent basis.

this has been discusses before and i think there was some sort of BS reason the gophers dont travel as they dont. 1 tourney to michigan isnt considered traveling. they never go out east, very rare to see that. i think its funny actually they dont. i loce that the sioux will play any east coast team in thier backyard and do so every year. fun to see as a sioux fan and wcha fan

theye really arent adidas jerseys though. adidas just has their tag on them. i talked to someone about this at the frozen 4 last year and i froget who really makes them but a side contract is made with them and adidas as the schools sponsors
