hextall comes back and helps the balance of this team offensively!! go sioux -
im in and always will be, BUT...............start scoring goals and this team will skate with anyone! go sioux bye weeks sure suck as a fan but i think this team needs it badly injury wise. good time to get healthy and make a final run!! go sioux

exactly, right now is a very good time to have this bye week. they need to finish chances. nobody has been finishing at all the last month and half. kristo had a run, hextall a little run, greg a nice few games but nobody has been there to help. the defensemen sure arent scoring goals let alone notchin any assists so either this team doesnt have many finishers or they are simply going through the worst puck luck stretch ever. the 2 junior defensemen need to step up on the offensive end and produce but im assuming thats not goig to happen but sure would help. both of the juniors at some point were very offensively minded and that would do wonders with the youth on the blueline and chay out. the defensive side has been good but they havent brought anything on the other end on a consistent basis. the sioux are getting plenty of shots off, breakaways, odd man rushes and nobody seems to be able to bury it. not a rocket science observation as the sioux have scored 6 goals in their last 5 games and 1 being a ENG. if we can have some guys start finishing we can skate with any team in the nation
-
the pairwise has them where they deserve to be and thats all that matters as the sioux have played themselves into a bubble team with 10 games or so left plus playoffs. i think the polls are all about who you play, how that team was when you played them ect...the sioux have played a good schedule and havent been swept much so splitting didnt kill them in polls. when you play miami, cornell and then when it seems every team in wcha is in top 5 then you dont lose much in regular polls especially when splitting. the sioux started out hot and has just gone the wrong way since genoway has been out. like it or not thats the reason and any team would struggle without a top 5 player in the nation but i thought the sioux were turning the corner but when you cant score you cant beat anyone. denver down to tech will beat you.... they arent a tourney team right now, cant they be one? of course but things need to change. lines arent working. go sioux hopefully this is the low of lows for this team. swept at home by hated rival DU, cant score goals at all. 6 goals in last 5 games and 1 was a empty netter. thats a absolute joke if i have ever seen from a sioux hockey team. the onew area im worried and maybe its just me but is the forward spot. come on sioux! buckle down and get back in this thing! maybe hextall is the key right now getting back as he was on a nice roll before he got injured.
-
exactly.... it isnt a good team right now, just isnt. it can be and they still have time but they better figure it out fast! hope they can!
-
hope the sioux can figure it out before the next series. luckily they will have more time to heal up with the bye but man this weekend sucked go sioux

i may need a vodka sponsor if we win tonight to get me through the season
-
maybe the sweatshirt needs to be changed?? just saying...
-
perfect, anyone else? you have 55 minutes to change it up in order to score some goals tonight beers / redbull vodka hat change black jersey lets get this board a little loose, we need it after last nights game
-
hey the hat change plus the redbull vodkas could be the trick
-
instead of 2 beers pre game, 2 per period and 2 post game if we win, im going to change to redbull vodkas tonight...........that may do the trick to get those pucks in the back of the net, at least im pretty sure if we win then looks like ill change it up and pray for my liver the rest of the season...GO SIOUXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 4-1 sioux, lamoureux-toews-frattin-kristo
