not sure i get that overall feeling from the fans but i think ben blood is turning into one hell of a defensemen. it take 2 years usually to get it then the seem to blossom their junior year then ready to move on. fienhage is improving every game as well. the future d men are all considered pretty damn good and a couple are top first round nhl good. look forward to that but back to topic.....i like how the d is playing right now. especially this last weekend which was so solid!

didnt know this on his dad. interesting Simpson is the son of former NHLer and current Hockey Night in Canada broadcaster Craig Simpson and is following in his father's skate strides, albeit to a different school. Craig attended and played Michigan State. Like his father, Dillon will graduate high school a year early and could play at UND as a 17 year old next year (he turns 17 on February 10th) but I've been told that will be up to the Fighting Sioux.

great job by the sioux on defense as a whole this last weekend! i know cornell isnt a offensive machine but to go on the road in that arena and give up 2 total goals is awesome! the 6 may be coming together. still need someone to jump up and create a little more offensivley but overall very good job on the weekend!!

yeah just a few im guessing when you really break the schedule down. havent read up but is knight injured? or just a day to day thing?

especially on friday when dell does what he needs to do and we cant get 1 damn goal to even force overtime. it goes the other way as well. good point. hope we can get it rolling friday night vs a very good goalie and team overall. i play both goalies as both were solid last weekend. go sioux!
