They probably didn't want to waste the travel time to go a game that was a guaranteed blow out win for them. You know, because they have no problem with any Big Sky team they face

sorry i came across so harsh. i just listen to so many people complain about the name and logo not being unique . . . then they want the exact same production as everyone else for everything else. the whole production of that game was kind of a mess, it seemed. luckily the exciting game made up for it!!

G'nR should not be played at all, IMO. Really, can't we find something that isn't used by 2,376,455 other teams?!! anything....seriously...anything would be better. and i actually like g'nr.

I disagree. holding is part of the game, too...everybody does it. It's a penalty. I bet it can get called on every single play. You do something stupid, you get flagged. Taunting?!! Player gets flagged for that it's on that player alone. And "yes", that's when the wheels started to come off.

A toe to toe lose is not the same as beating them. If that's how it goes...UND is 2-0 so far this season

I guess I see going for two as "giving yourself the chance to win". Sending it to over time as "giving yourself the chance to lose". I think BG was too capable of still making the "big play" that would seal it in over time. I was yelling "go for twooooo" at my TV Meh, either way probably gives ya the same 50/50 shot.

I'm just wondering if they could do the grey as a home uniform . . . ? That said, I'm still not a big fan of the grey uniform trend. For me, the more green the better!

Any guesses on this weekends attire? If they are going to pull out the greys, this is the weekend to do it!

7-4 is a decent record. I think we all see this team as having the ability to win some games. We're just anxious to see it happen!

Driving 401 miles (one way) this saturday to see the game. I'm hoping for a very happy drive home on sunday!!

Totally. I can respect these first two games. they played tough . . . but "W's matter" should be their new moto. A close loss is still a loss, and playoffs aren't played by teams with losses. If they can get their wheels under them and get some wins, I'd like to see some blow-out scores rolled up to help cover their tracks on these first two games.

And i saw this with zero knowledge of what they are protesting (i don't live up there). point is, i'm over truing to support the "sioux" logo. Scrap it and move on i say.

The lesson learned was "do not use any native american imagery at all". i would maybe go support them...wearing some fighting hawks gear. Show support for the tribe without being derogatory. (At least in the eyes of some law making officials).
