Tennessee State and Lindenwood show that using an NHL practice sheet is feasible. UNLV, UWash, LMU, San Jose State and probably some others could take advantage of it out west. Not that they will, but they could, anyways.
Cade Littler should be on our radar. He's subbed in for the U17 NTDP a few games and was 3rd overall in the USHL draft. His dad Bliss is from Minot and coaches Wenatchee in the BCHL.
Seeing what happened to Western at the beginning of the year is a reminder. One awkward twist of the knee/ankle/etc and suddenly you're skating uphill all season.
Curious where Blaisdell will land. Omaha has a reputation for feasting on our scraps, with varying success. On the other hand, he could go to St Thomas/Bemidji/etc and be the man in all situations.
Seems petty/jealous/ignorant of gohuskieswooo to focus on his ppg when on a team with zero offense. Anyone voted captain as a sophomore brings intangibles that don't show up on a scoresheet.

It would be great if the NCAA cared enough about hockey for them to make changes across the spectrum based on what happens in our niche sport. Sounds like basketball is a gong show right now.
Kobe Roth was originally a tagalong recruit to keep Jared Bethune from bolting to the WHL. Didn't work, but Roth is now in a much better place than Bethune.

Will Cullen, who got a 3 game suspension for his hit on Jared Spooner, transfers to Miami for 5th year. I'm all for redemption and whatnot but the league better have him on a short leash.
Seems like a win win situation for Thome and UST. If he's doing an MBA their program is at their downtown Minneapolis campus so the lack of a rink wouldn't matter as much.
