(Warning: I should know better. But im about to defend UND again...not tearing down this years team but proping up other teams)..... Ok now do NDSU vs UND Bubba Ball from two years ago. If we're honest with ourselves, if they lose to SDSU, this year looks like almost like the last 2 out of 3 seasons of Bubba Ball (of course last year not withstanding.) The key difference is yet to be determined: ability to win playoff games.

UND in a weird spot @ 7- 5. Like you haven't beat any top tier teams, but all your losses are to top tier teams.

Gotta win this game that game. Maybe maybe not make the playoffs. Feels like every UND Football season.

Now its more important UND beats SDSU.

Wish I was in your section. I had to stand the entire game. But me old now. Cant yell. Had to save voice for post game party.

I also pointed out the aspect of how it was a positive and negative to have 2 "easy road games" and 2 "tough home games." That USD game at home would likely sit UND at 2-1. Instead of a closer loss to NDSU at home.

Speaking of... I'm too lazy to look. SDSU was without their #1 QB during their NDSU game? He'll probably be back vs UND?

Yup. That's why earlier in the season i picked out four key games to watch.... Currently 1-2.

Kudos on the kickoff reverse. Nice play call. Just bad execution. Boyz could have had some nice momentum there. And the coaches said "We need some momentum." They did their part.

The USD game stung more.

Game came down to just a few key plays....which there was multiple...and unfortunately UND came out of the wrong end of most. Close game. Battled hard. Nothing to be ashamed of. Lost a one possession game that has been the best team in the country for the last decade.

A last second 47 yarder to send it to OT.

UND not very good on final game winning drives. Saw it last weekend unfortunately.

Im glad NDSU scored. 3 straight runs and a 1 yard field goal meant no time left for UND.

They just sent up to the line. Hiked the ball and and ran the same play on 4th they always had. Very predictable.
