And society will always have scared Karen's from small town, ND who haven't seen what "cities" are really like and call 911. I've experienced it. I got cops called on me twice for sitting in my car in a parking lot waiting for my next Uber ride.

Are the "drunk high mentally ill homeless" any more dangerous than drunk college kids downtown on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 to 2am?
