Great teams have a killer instinct and will increase that lead and fight til the end. (although its also natural to let up and play loose.) NAU is 3-13. Can't get to excited about this win, but its always nice to win on the road, and keep improving for RENO.

Reading this board and watching Q carry the ball with the last possession, I was watching wondering "Here we go again"? The bench was excited.

Right after I typed that UND finally went on a nice run to finish the half. Q with the last second dish for McDermott for the 3.

I like NAU's nickname better than UND's. .....but that's not saying much.

Since this point, UND and NAU have played even basketball (still a 12 point lead) with 2:40 left in the half.

UND opened the game 12-0. Let's not #choke.

This isn't going to look good when Brescaini tries getting NDSU more money claiming they don't have enough.

Is UND not offering full FCOA yet? If all things were equal, it's not good to lose a verbal to SDSU.

If the Broncos continue to struggle to reach the end zone like they have in the postseason, I'd pick the Pats in a blowout.

When either SCSU, Omaha, or UND has played one another this season they have all ended in a split so far. I think SCSU is on a decline, having lost to the U18 team, losing to CC, and (officially) tying Duluth....going 2-1-1 in the last four "official" games, against not that good of competition.

I live next to a Casey's General Store and have recently gotten fond of their pizza. As an added perk, they have "Pizza to Pump" promotion. For every large pizza you order you get a coupon for 10 cents off per gallon. They don't expire til April 30th. And you get to compound them. I've got a couple of them right now. I might be getting a tank full of gas for under a $1 a gallon by April 30th (and a larger belly).

UNO lost its third leading scorer Saturday, Justin Parizek. UNO started a different goalie Saturday than Friday, who was pulled and put Blankenburg back in. UND had more will to win trying not to get swept. These teams are pretty even as evidenced by the split on UNDs home ice. Its those dang eastern teams that seem to have UND's number come tourney time (and everyones). With the split UND moved up to third in the pairwise, Omaha drops to 5.

Separated shoulder was also my first thought.

SCSU with the 3x3 win for 2 NCHC points.

SCSU and UMD in OT right now (on Fox Sports or NCHC.tv). I'm hoping to finally see some 3x3 hockey. UMD win helps solidify UND's first place standings (considering games played) in the NCHC. Edit: 3x3 starting. Which means SCSU will at most get two points.

That was a lot more fun to watch than last night. At least Cags has some time to heal as UND plays CC and then Western Michigan.

Definitely wasn't worth a five. Thank gosh its at the end of the game.

That third goal either made UND find its confidence/chemistry back or deflated Omaha. UND playing the best hockey of the series the last five minutes...time for another. Hope Cags gets back soon.

UND still having trouble getting a clean entry into Omahas zone. Meanwhile it seems UND stays back a few feet from the blue line when Omahas entering....to much respect for Omaha?

I don't think UND missed a basket the last five or so possessions.
