Looks like North Dakota is about to spend the last pennies in its budget shortfall rainy day fund. Could get bad if revenues keep coming up short and now without any more savings in the bank.
I've listed UND items on CL that never sold for my asking price ....and then got over double the original asking price by listing it on ebay creating a bidding war (because of people's irrational behavior) and using CL to advertise the ebay listing.
In all my years on the west side both as a season ticket holder and student. I've never seen an usher check a single ticket....
The student section alcohol ban also keeps some students at the game out of the student section.
Looks like UND isn't the only fans who like to give the one finger salute when losing...
