  1. UND has about as much chance to win this game as Donald Trump does to become President.
  2. For sure. Gotta love that they kept fighting.
  3. Second he leaves, they score. Hopefully he stays away.
  4. They've lost 2 games all year so far (4 likely after this weekend but). DU is likely a Frozen Four+ team again.
  5. In all of Hak's years he only had one team without a first round draft pick on it....and they won the Final Five. In only Berry's third year he already has a team without a first round draft pick....we'll see if he's able to win any hardware with "less than normal talent" year.
  6. Been about average besides Jost. Lucky to have Cam this year.
  7. Recruiting has been down ever since Hak left.
  8. But you have to preface that with what an acceptable amount of injuries UND can occur and not totally suck ass.
  9. Admittedly hired the less talented coach....
  10. Each person can read and decide. The point was yes they do read this board. Not whether or not it changes a person's opinion. Reading reviews online does have an impact on where I take my vehicle to get fixed.
  11. Your kidding right? A player is thinking about playing football and going to a school for four years get doesn't have the time to do research on the school and coaches online? They'd be stupid not too. Do you not do research when getting a new job or buying a new car?
  12. Bubba don't have the balls to fire Rudolph.
  13. 3 consecutive.
  14. UND needs 3 pick sixs to stay in this game.
  15. Watching Stud and Zimmerman warm up simultaneously. Z is the superior passer.
  16. I firmly believe in 20- 50 years the average sales tax in the USA will be over 10%.
  17. Gotta think this tax passes easily. Mayor Brown has already stated they'll vote again if it fails. And the vote is basically just asking if they want to share their tax increase with out of towners.
  18. The Scheels in Grand Forks has a special set of "Sioux" pucks for sale in a package. Four or so I believe.
  19. Here's the thing though, a over/underpass would have a greater long term economic impact to the city than the cost of the infrastructure. The train crosses a lot more and for a greater amount of time than most people realize, especially on a Friday and Saturday night, impacting hundreds (likely thousands) of people a day. They either sit and wait burning gas or go around it on the Interstate/Columbia Road overpass. Taking both time and money out of the citizens of Grand Forks everyday. The amount of money that could be in the pockets of citizens and instead went to gas in the last decade is likely in the millions. And it'll only get worse as more student orientated housing is built on 42nd.
  20. Which is why the sales tax isnt about the water treatment plant. It'll get build and paid for either way. ( "Spread your payments out daily instead of a large one monthly sum!”) Thus, the only thing this tax increase will provide apparently is a few streets of nicer roads a year. Still too vague for me. I'd want to see something greater, put roads and a bridge and/or overpass or two. This Alerus Center type tax should be for "big items" imo.
  21. New owners (Joe & Blackmun), new name (Hub Pub) and redesigned interior (which isn't unusual for restaurants/bars). Does it still qualify?
  22. That's crazy expectations for a team that has never won a playoff game at that level.
  23. You'd think if you went out of your way to have a vote to increase the sales tax, one would at least get to see something tangible out of it...instead of just a few nicer city roads. So I'm guess that also means no 42nd overpass either? http://www.grandforksherald.com/news/local/4354163-sales-tax-take-two

    Game Day at PSU

So the guy who has back to back touchdowns only touched the ball four times the first half.
