Let's hope ISU goes conservative to not give UND any momentum.

Looks like those complaining about the UCDavis game knew what they were talking about.

Bubba admitted they sometimes go conservative when they have the lead to not give the other team momentum. Some call that a good football strategy, some call it playing not to lose.

I couldn't believe we didn't see Boltmann again at QB in the second half after his great runs in the first half.

UCD can be hot and cold.....maybe like UND? But I heard before the game UCD was without some stud wide receivers.

UND scored 28 points in the first half. 10 in the second. UCD went for it 7 times on 4th down vs UNDs one.

Defense caused 3 turnovers and had to contend with an opposing coach that was aggressive and went for it a lot on fourth downs and even a fake punt. 350 yards offense for UND in the first half. Only 124 yards for UND offense in the second half.

Coaches get credit for playing to Ketteringhams strength by calling lots of quick short easy passes. Coaches also went into a shell in the 4th quarter trying to protect the lead.
