I just ran into this post. And since yesterday's game was at the Force arena...

Just a reminder that hopefully the NCAA never forgets what a huge disappointment Buffalo was last year.

Four years ago on this day (second to last regular season Saturday), UND also clinched a share of the cup. Then freshman phenom, Boeser, scored his 22nd goal of the season in that game. Tonight Pinto scored his 16th of the year. Boeser would go on to become the most prolific goal scoring freshman in the new Ralph era.

Lots of ya musta missed it based on the silence around here.... There was a great Jersey Pop tonight by the freshman phenom!

Lol. Ref after reviewing the goal stated: "....Goalie interference..."

That's what I thought. Back when I was in HS. Cant believe they have continued it this long. Good for them though.

Boys are getting some chances. Just can't bury it.

When these two teams met a week ago, shots were 20-5 Red River after two periods. (31-12 for the entire game.)

Maybe the boys had taken the Cup for granted. UMD only three points back with a Western win tonight.

Hopefully Western is running on empty now in the third period.
