  1. He's glistening.
  2. One of DeAnna's minions has my number and it's going 50/50 UND/church.
  3. No potential conflict of interest there ...
  4. Tell me if you heard this one: B-R misses on a breakaway, Minot comes back and scores. 5-2 Minot
  5. Stagnant? The two highest fundraising years in UND Alumni history are 2021 and 2022. https://undalumni.org/file/alumni-documents/financial/2022/UND-Annual-Report-FY22.pdf
  6. And now B/R takes a deuce -- PP Minot -- and it's 4-2. Getzlof just missed on a short chance seconds before. Does Minot really play "Chelsea Dagger"?
  7. Is the Matt Morelli doing color related to the "Morelli" on the ice for Minot?
  8. Less than a minute in and we have a game ... B-R scores. 3-2 Minot Getzlof from Heisler ... some good north central ND names there ...
  9. I don't need young, just modern game thinking. Jerry York's last ten teams at BC played a faster game than Brad Berry's. Jerry could be Brad's dad.
  10. I wonder what odds I'd get in Vegas on "Kraken win Cup year after Hak is gone" ...
  11. https://psp.network/live (scroll down to today's date)
  12. Honestly, what fraction of the funding of a multi-phase, multi-million dollar facilities plan is garnered though a website "click here to donate"? Fundraising is people/contacts/relationships business. That's why most of it is unheard until announced (see: UStT). Now let's turn this sideways: I was planning to donate to finish Phase II and endow all the MIH and FB scholarships after I won the billion-dollar MegaMillions* last month, but woe, without a website I wouldn't know how or where? *If I had won I'd have had to block DeAnna Carlson-Zink's number.
  13. It's more common that we realize. Last year 3/4 of the hosts didn't: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_NCAA_Division_I_men's_ice_hockey_tournament
  14. Let's be fair. I had UND as a "coin flip" (UND or Cornell) for the title in 2020 before the shutdown. That group was robbed (and then again in 2021 in a MichiganCovid/50T fiasco).
  15. It's mentioned by Tiim and Alex during radio and TV. It's linked on FightingHawks.com (under Content): https://fightinghawks.com/tags/billchavespod
  16. The NCAA got pummeled in court again, as did their model of "amateurism". However, this is one more step toward athletes becoming "employees".
  17. I prefer this page: https://campus.und.edu/facilities-management/planning-process.html Athletics: https://campus.und.edu/facilities-management/_files/docs/2022-master-plan-supplemental-planning/athletics-masterplan-2018.pdf
  18. Yes, but I am also a firm believer in The Peter Principle having witnessed it in more than one organization. Beware if your coaches/employees are not in demand; it means they are at their level of incompetence.
  19. I figured it out! Wazzamatta U announces co-assistant adjunct associate film room specialist Heeza Schmuck will retire after his farewell tour this season. He'll be moving on to an unknown job in eight months. The Wassamatta staff and coaches wish him well.
  20. Is that a fundraising page? To me it's an announcement page. I had to look for a "donate" area and finally found it under "Get Involved" ... and most of that page is season tickets and then one Y/N radio button about donate at the bottom.
  21. How does a coach leave not abruptly?
  22. I believe it is harder to find those than "flash" guys.
  23. SCHMALTZ!
  24. Berry needs to realize it's not "culture" but "culture of winning". That last part need be reaffirmed.
  25. Chaves is doing Chaves' job: Observe the performance of the coaches and teams and adjust when warranted. We aren't quite there with hockey (give it a year). We are there with football (meaning more than an opening round loss is the expectation this season). Chaves can't be too passive nor can he be "trigger-happy" either.
