One grainy camera angle where there may or may not be contact which may or may not cause imbalance and the skate to go up. Is that enough for a prosecutor to charge? I'd guess they have other video angles yet to be put to public.

Hard to run the ball from a 00 personnel package so the QB is left to (a) face a blitz (no RB) and find an open WR, or (b) scramble. The OC is the all-time career completion percentage leader (page 89). There's a mindset there.
