seeboys Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 I hope we come out firing early and get a couple of first period goals! Lets go Sioux Quote
dagies Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Is this the first time LaPoint has been with Chorney? Looks like all 3 D pair were tweaked. Quote
Shawn-O Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 AZSIOUX is out getting drunk in preparation for the ASU-UA game. Quote
USA Hockey Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 What is scary abou this Denver team is that both those first and third lines can score, so it becomes a tough task trying to shut down two scoring lines. I'm actually pretty familiar with that first line since I watched all three of those guys play before the WCHA, all three being extremly talented players. Another key will be creating many scoring opportunities and throwing many shots at Manino, since his numbers right now are next to none. Especially with Manino, I think they need to look at throwing many shots at him and getting some rebound goals. Quote
seeboys Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 does anyone know who else made the trip? Forney, Zajac, Radke??? Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 TH not sure if they'll be able to interview Hak before the game. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Like Trupp with Kozek. Now if Miller could give us something, that line might be the difference tonight. But this is still a series that will come down to goalie play. Be on, JPL!! Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 does anyone know why frattin is on the fourth line? the nice thing is we have fire power on all four lines. i want to see what davidson brings to the table. lets go sioux! ohio state up 2-0 on #2 michigan in the third, looks like their 12 game win streak will end tonight. LETS GO SIOUX! LETS GO SIOUX! Quote

LETS GO SIOUX! LETS GO SIOUX! Hard to say. Hak said he was going to change some things up, so I'm sure this is part of it. Same with Davidson playing instead of Zajac. Davidson has earned ice time, and let's hope for a good first game for him. Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 i think the kaip-watkins-malone line will be the difference maker tonight. they will hit anything in their way, and i predict that line with two goals... lets go sioux! Quote

Siouxdonyms Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 Sioux wearing green tonight. Quote

LETS GO SIOUX! Quote
Shawn-O Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 Lots of green in the stands, says the announcer. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 Sioux definitely controlling the tempo of this game thus far. Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 Boy, Hak's had a make-over since last week! Quote
Siouxdonyms Posted December 1, 2007 Author Posted December 1, 2007 Penalty on the Sioux. Tripping on Martens. Let's go PK! Quote
nodak hockey fanatic Posted December 1, 2007 Posted December 1, 2007 looks like our "stellar" wcha officiating is going to let du clutch and grab all night. oshie and trupp have both been held on both of their shifts, no calls, then martens for a weak trip. damn frustrating. Quote
