NorthDakotaHockey
Big bummer. Pete worked through snow and rain to install our sat system over the weekend just so that we could have it in time for the Seawolves. Maybe Puckhead misspoke we hope? siouxguyinstpaul
Nope - he mentioned that there would be no broadcast from Alaska 3 times last Friday night. He didn't say why the change was made - but I thought it was sort of strange to begin with - to have a broadcast all the way from Alaska. sagard
AA has a high quality audio webcast if you like staying up all night listening to the radio.
CoteauRinkRat
This is disappointing, I was looking forward to watching these games this weekend.
govikes27
Will there be any replacement road trips for the local TV crew this season? I wouldn't mind watching the Sioux at CC or DU. Since they had been willing to go to AA and all...

They do have some interesting commercials as well.

The cable provider is going to be available on a new satellite that is being launched in late January. Should be able to pick up the games next year hopefully on Ku. fargosioux
Didn't an Anchorage station provide a video webcast of the games last year, or am I thinking of datasux?
siouxnami
FYI, for those in the Rochester (MN) area. In the past McMurphy's has been able to get some games from Anchorage, so if you are interested you may want to call and ask. I would myself, but I am currently in Fujisawa Japan. Diggler
UAA is tape delaying the tv coverage and the webcast of the games for the rest of the season suppsedly because of low attendance at the games. So even if you can get the Anchorage channel, it doesn't matter because the game won't be on.
iceberg
just because its tape delayed on cable doesnt mesan its tape delayed on the satellite 99% of "tape delayed" broadcasts are shown live for the people with c band or KU band
